This afternoon I finished the stitching of the Mary Wigham sampler. Some colours are not as visible as I thought they would be on the fabric, but with a closer look they do pop up enough. Next step is making a pillow of it using leftover fabrics from the Timbleberries quilt. The ancient look of the fabrics will match nicely with the stitching. Perhaps I could use the shape of the medallions to make a patched backing....But first I am going to stitch part 3 (the last part already) of Chatelaine's MM 6 the Moonstone Garden. And catch up with Autumn Watergarden.
